Fronted by a star-studded cast — including Martin Freeman, Celia Imrie, Tom Felton, Neil Morrissey, Nina Sosanya and Adrian Scarborough — the film channels cancer’s relentless, unpredictable nature and turns it into a rallying cry: meet it head-on, outsmart it, and help fund the research that can beat it.
